It is not like you take a big bite of food and then immediately start to feel hungry. I mean, sometimes a person might get bored eating and just stop. Sometimes it might seem like an empty stomach, but they might not be full of food and they should still be eating.

Activity is a good example of self regulation. But it’s also a good example of what we don’t need to self regulate. It’s just something you do. Activities can be boring to some people and very interesting to others.

I know this is a big topic, but this is one of the things Ive learned about myself in recent years. I am a person that likes to eat when I have time, and I eat when I have too. Its just like the rest of my life, I am a bit of a foodie. But I try to eat when I have time.

I will admit I was a foodie most of my life. The first time I actually had a decent meal, was when I was 5. My best friend at the time was a girl that lived in my neighborhood, and she and her mom were my friends. I would sometimes go over to their house one day early in the morning and she would prepare a huge meal for me to eat while I watched cartoons and played with my brother.
