The cookbook is a collection of recipes using the name La Riera Naya in the kitchen of a villa in the Italian Riviera. The recipes are based on the recipes that were served at the villa and some are not as authentic as they should be.
I’m not a fan of flamingos so I’m not going to eat them, but I have a few friends who do and they’ll be happy to share the recipe with you.
The idea is to cut them in half and then fry them in oil. The flavour is not as strong as the recipes in the book, but they are still tasty. They are also pretty cheap, so if you want to buy them, you can.
